1. Overview

Zolt builds storefront, digital delivery, course hosting, membership, and direct tipping software for independent creators, developers, educators, and freelancers worldwide. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of our Terms of Service and governs every creator page, uploaded file, embedded widget, broadcast message, and checkout link hosted on zolt.me.

2. Prohibited Content & Activities

You may not use Zolt to publish, sell, distribute, fundraise for, or link to any of the following:

Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse (CSAM)

Zero tolerance. Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors results in immediate permanent account termination and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

Sexually Explicit & Adult Content

Pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, escort services, or commercial sexual services. Artistic nudity in educational illustration or fine-art contexts may be permitted only if compliant with connected payment network rules.

Violent Extremism & Terrorism

Content or fundraising supporting designated terrorist organizations, violent extremist groups, hate militias, or incitement to real-world violence.

Hate Speech & Targeted Discrimination

Products, memberships, or campaigns that dehumanize, incite hatred against, or promote violence toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.

Fraud, Scams & Deceptive Schemes

Phishing pages, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, fake giveaways, counterfeit digital licenses, deceptive income guarantees, card-testing storefronts, or misrepresented charities.

Impersonation & Identity Deception

Impersonating another creator, public figure, brand, charity, or organization to solicit tips, memberships, or product sales.

Illegal Goods, Malware & Controlled Items

Narcotics, firearms, ammunition, explosives, stolen credentials, spyware, exploit kits, cracking tools, academic cheating services, unlicensed medical or financial products, or pirated copyrighted software and media.

Harassment, Doxxing & Coercion

Publishing private personal information (doxxing), stalking, blackmail, extortion, or organizing targeted harassment campaigns.

Money Laundering, Sanctions & Self-Tipping

Transaction laundering, wash trading or self-tipping with stolen or synthetic cards, sanctions evasion (OFAC, UN, EU, UK), or disguising prohibited commercial transactions as creator tips.

Spam & Unsolicited Bulk Messaging

Uploading non-consensual email lists to Zolt broadcast tools, sending deceptive marketing messages, or artificially inflating storefront traffic via bots.

3. Permitted Digital Commerce

Zolt welcomes lawful creative, technical, and educational work, including:

  • Software tools, UI kits, Figma systems, Notion workspaces, and open-source sponsorships
  • Ebooks, technical guides, cohorts, and structured video courses
  • Photography LUTs, Lightroom presets, 3D assets, sample packs, and original music
  • Audience memberships, newsletter clubs, and voluntary creator tips
  • Freelance deliverables, creative retainers, and verified live-sale items where permitted by your connected processor

4. Connected Payment Provider Compliance

Creators on Zolt connect their own Merchant of Record account or verified domestic payment rails (such as Dodo Payments, Razorpay, UPI, PayTabs, Tap, Paymob, Square, or local bank links). You are independently bound by your connected payment provider's prohibited-business list, KYC/AML verification requirements, and card-network rules.

Using a Zolt storefront to route undisclosed high-risk activity, evade merchant underwriting, or process card testing will result in immediate storefront suspension and cooperation with affected payment networks.

5. Enforcement & Actions

When we detect or receive a verified report of a policy violation, our Trust & Safety team applies proportionate action based on severity and risk:

Mandatory Statutory Reporting: Suspected CSAM is reported immediately to the NCMEC CyberTipline (cybertipline.org) pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

7. Appeals Process

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, submit an appeal within 30 days to support@zolt.me with your @username and supporting documentation. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days. Zero-tolerance safety violations (CSAM, terrorism, verified fraud) are not eligible for reinstatement.
