2. Description of Service
Zolt is a platform that enables creators, freelancers, and businesses to accept payments, sell digital products, and receive support from their audience worldwide. We act as a payment facilitator, processing payments on behalf of our users through third-party payment processors.
3. Eligibility
To use Zolt, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Each person may only maintain one account
5. Payments & Fees
- Zolt charges a platform fee of 3% on all transactions processed through the Service
- Additional payment processor fees (e.g., Stripe fees) may apply and are separate from our platform fee
- All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise specified
- Creators receive the payment amount minus the platform fee and payment processor fees
- We are not responsible for chargebacks, refund requests, or payment disputes between supporters and creators
6. Payouts
- Minimum payout threshold is $5.00 USD
- Payout requests are processed within 1-5 business days
- Available payout methods include PayPal, bank transfer, Wise, UPI, and cryptocurrency (USDT)
- We reserve the right to hold payouts if we suspect fraudulent activity
- You are responsible for providing accurate payout details
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers
7. Digital Products
- Creators are solely responsible for the digital products they sell
- Products must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Products must not contain malware, viruses, or harmful content
- We do not review or verify the quality of digital products
- Refund policies for digital products are determined by the creator
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Zolt to:
- Sell illegal goods or services
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
- Sell adult content, weapons, drugs, or regulated substances
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks
- Circumvent our fee structure or payment systems
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the platform
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
9. Intellectual Property
Zolt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform but grant us a license to display, distribute, and process it as necessary to provide the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Zolt in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any pending balance will be paid out according to our standard payout procedures, minus any applicable fees or deductions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
