Welcome to Zolt. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zolt platform at zolt.me ("Service"). The Service is operated by Zolt , a limited liability company registered in United States of America.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.
Zolt is a software platform that provides creators, freelancers, and small businesses with website building tools, digital product delivery software, membership management, and customer engagement features. Zolt is similar in nature to Shopify, Gumroad, or Notion — we are a pure software company.
All payment processing is handled by authorized PCI-DSS compliant acquiring processorsregulated by applicable financial authorities in the jurisdictions it operates. Zolt does not process payments, hold customer funds, or provide any regulated financial services. Supporters pay securely via card, and creators receive earnings directly to their verified bank account or UPI ID.

Zolt enables creators to accept payments worldwide from supporters. By using Zolt's payment features, you agree to:
Supporter payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Earnings net of platform fees are settled directly to creator accounts.
Zolt charges a simple platform fee on completed transactions:
Standard payment processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply in addition to Zolt's platform fee and are deducted automatically at the time of transaction.
Payouts are dispatched directly to your designated payout account (local bank transfer, IBAN, or UPI ID). Transactions undergo a standard 7-day clearing window to safeguard creators and the platform against chargebacks and fraud before payout release.

Zolt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zolt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and process it as necessary to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of subscription fees paid by you to Zolt in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Zolt is not liable for upstream bank transfer clearing delays or payment network interruptions.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. As Zolt does not hold your funds, there are no balances to release upon termination — your accrued balances will be paid out to your verified bank or payout destination in accordance with standard clearing schedules.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email and by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in USA.

A creator may offer items with an advance payment: you pay a percentage at checkout and the remaining balance becomes due on delivery or handover. Your order page (the private link issued after purchase and emailed to you) is the permanent record of your order and the place to pay any outstanding balance. Sellers may send reminders about unpaid balances through Zolt. Until a balance is paid, the seller is not obligated to ship or hand over the item.
Zolt may refund a payment where fraud is suspected, where a buyer contacts Zolt support with a legitimate complaint, or where required by card networks or law. Refunds are processed through the seller's creator balance: the refunded amount and associated processing costs are recovered from the seller, not borne by Zolt. Payment processing fees are non-refundable. Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity may result in paused payouts, suspension, or permanent account rejection.
Zolt operates automated fraud-prevention and risk screening across signups, payout onboarding and payments. Where we reasonably believe an account or transaction involves fraud, abuse or prohibited activity, we may decline transactions, place accounts under review, pause payouts, or permanently reject an account. Email verification may be required before payout setup.
